Create an ISC-CHS monitoring client is fairly easy and can be done in a few minutes, we have a visual interface where you add your locations and the systems for each location, and a customized installer will be created.
Every installer is completeley customized, so, no additional configuration is needed.
You only have to double-click on the installation’s “.exe” file and nothing else is needed.
Currently the application only runs on windows systems, in either, single threading mode (For older windows systems), or multy-threading mode (For newer windows systems), other Operative Systems are not supported yet, but are currently on development
For single-threading mode, we recommend only monitoring 5 systems per server.
In multy-treading mode, the limitation will be tied to the sytsem RAM
Alerts will arrive by e-mail and SMS, additionally, if you upgrade your contract, you can also receive alerts from our call center by phone.
You can, self monitor your systems by logging in to your account, or receiving alerts trought e-mail or SMS.
You can also upgrade your contract, and have our call center team monitoring your systems on a 7*24*365 basis
We can provide hardware replacement contracts that include parts, shipping and Field Engineers to replace the failed components on your systems, (Some exceptions Apply) or if you prefer, we can sell replacement parts on a case by case basis.
